Blanca oversees the administrative side of our business, handling accounting services as well as human resources, including training and safety programs, OSHA compliance and worker’s compensation benefits. With 80 full time and up to 380 seasonal employees, we rely on Blanca’s expertise to ensure our employees are safe, well-trained and fully prepared to perform their job duties.

“A lot of the work I do is behind the scenes, making sure our staff has all the knowledge and training they need to do their jobs effectively. We invest significantly in our employees.” When hiring new employees, Blanca, who has worked as a Controller for both Tudal Wine Group and Cerruti Cellars, looks at background and experience, and also gauges how the prospective employee will work in a team environment. “Oscar is very inclusive; as we grow, he’s committed to making sure everyone is coming along for the ride. We don’t want to leave anyone behind.”
